Check gas pressure at the valve on a Majestic gas fireplace: Reading inlet and outlet pressure on either control.

How to fix check gas pressure at the valve: step by step
- Back the captured screw out 2 to 3 turns and push the gauge tubing over the test point
- Run the unit on high
- Millivolt: HI/LO knob at HI for maximum pressure
- After reading, tighten the screw firmly (do not over-torque) and leak-check the test point
Safety: Gas, electrical and refrigerant work must be done by a licensed technician. Turn off power and gas before servicing, never bypass a safety control, and always follow the manufacturer's manual for your exact model.
