Tell us the equipment and what it is doing. If it shows an error code, have it ready; it often tells us which part to bring.
Step 2
Diagnosis and a clear price
A technician tests the system, shows you what failed and gives you the price. You decide before any work starts.
Step 3
Fixed, tested, cleaned up
We finish the repair or install, run the system through a full cycle and leave the area as we found it.

Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Vaughan and work across the GTA, including Toronto, Richmond Hill, Markham, Mississauga, Brampton, Newmarket and Aurora. The full list is on our service areas page.
Do you charge for estimates?
Estimates for new equipment are free. Repair visits have a diagnostic fee, which we tell you on the phone before we book.
Can you replace a rental water heater?
Yes. We install an owned tank or tankless unit and leave the old rental tank ready for the rental company to pick up.
How often should a furnace or AC be serviced?
Once a year for each: furnaces in the fall, air conditioners in the spring. Most manufacturers need yearly service on record to honour their parts warranty.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, on new furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and water heaters. We go over the options with your estimate.
