A tankless unit heats water only when a tap opens, so it never runs out and takes up a fraction of the space. A tank costs less up front and is simpler to replace.

How long does a tankless installation take?
Most homes take one day, including venting and the gas connection. Replacing a tank usually takes three to four hours.
Does a tankless water heater need yearly maintenance?
Yes. GTA water is hard enough to leave scale in the heat exchanger. A yearly flush keeps the flow and temperature steady and protects the manufacturer warranty.
Can you get me out of a rental agreement?
We install your new owned unit and disconnect the rental tank. You then call the rental company to arrange pick-up and close the account; buy-out terms depend on your contract.
