Allied Furnace: Remove bottom panel for horizontal or bottom return installs

Updated · by Aurora Star Tech Inc.

Remove bottom panel for horizontal or bottom return installs on a Allied furnace: These Allied A95UH, A93UH, 95G1UH and 92G1UH furnaces come with a bottom panel already fitted. I have seen guys set the furnace on a bottom return plenum with the panel still in place and then wonder why it starves for air. If you are using bottom return, in either horizontal or upflow, the panel has to come out before the furnace goes in.
