Aurora homes

• Older homes near the town centre have often been through several heating upgrades. Ductwork can be limited, and orphaned chimney-vented water heaters are common after a furnace upgrade.
• Newer subdivisions from the 1990s onward: builder furnaces and ACs reaching 15 to 25 years, plus humidifiers and HRVs that need attention.
• Larger homes in Bayview Northeast and Hills of St. Andrew: multiple floors, sometimes two systems, and bigger hot water needs.

Heat pumps

Pairing a heat pump with an existing gas furnace is one of the most common upgrades we do in Aurora. The heat pump handles cooling and most mild-weather heating, and the furnace takes over in deep cold. The one pictured below sits on a wall stand in a side yard, which keeps it out of the snow and off the walkway.

What we do in Aurora

• Furnace repair and replacement
• Central air conditioning and heat pumps, including ductless
• Tank and tankless water heaters (Rinnai Pro certified)
• Boilers and combi boilers
• Gas lines for BBQs, ranges, dryers and fireplaces
• Humidifiers, filtration and HRVs

Rebates

We’re a registered contractor with Home Renovation Savings, so qualifying heat pump and high-efficiency upgrades can come with rebates. Programs and amounts change during the year, so we check what applies to your home when we quote. Estimates for new installations are free, and financing is available.

Ehsan was incredibly helpful in resolving our furnace issue. We thought we had a gas leak, but Ehsan investigated and determined that there fortunately no gas leak in our case. Instead, we had a thermostat signal issue which he resolved.

Ehsan was very responsive and accommodating, and we will be using his services moving forward!

I had a leaky gas pipe behind my gas stove, and Ehsan took care of the repairs very promptly and professionally. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all the questions I had about the repair.

Service quote was also very reasonably priced, and I was extremely satisfied with the service I was provided.

I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a professional technician, and would definitely contact Ehsan again myself for any repairs in the future.
