How to fix indoor blower does not run - lennox el195uhne: step by step
- WARNING: Shut off power before unplugging J48/J49.
- Test 1: power on, check 120 VAC across L and N (or 7A and 9A) of J48; if missing check L1 to Neutrals on the control.
- Test 2: thermostat on continuous fan, check 24 VAC between C of J48 (or pin 6A on 6-pin plugs) and the fan tap on J49; if missing check 24 COM to the active tap on the control.
- Both voltages present and motor not running right: replace the motor, or the module only on motors with 4-pin power and 5-pin signal plugs.
- Before fitting a new module: each motor pin to end plate more than 100k ohms, three windings equal within about 1 ohm, and the wheel spins freely.
- Torque module bolts to 22 in-lb; connectors face down for a drip loop.
