Signature Command: pilot lockout (green or red-green flash) on a Majestic gas fireplace: LED flashes every 2 seconds and the fireplace will not start.
Applies to: 300DVBLN/PSC7, 400DVBLN/PSC7, 500DVBLN/PSC7 (Signature Command)
Common causes of signature command: pilot lockout (green or red-green flash)
- Pilot would not light within the spark time (green)
- Pilot lost three times in a row (red-green)
How to fix signature command: pilot lockout (green or red-green flash): step by step
- Turn the master switch OFF, then ON to reset
- Press ON again and watch the pilot
- If it locks out again after several tries, turn the master switch OFF and work through the spark / sensor / gas checks
