Goodman Furnace: Propane and high altitude conversion notes

Updated · by Aurora Star Tech Inc.

Propane and high altitude conversion notes on a Goodman furnace: For propane, an orifice change is needed. The LPLP03 kit is strongly recommended so the furnace will not fire when LP supply pressure is too low. At high altitude, a pressure switch and/or orifice and spring change may be needed. Above 7000 ft, use the specification sheets. In Canada, furnaces are certified only to 4500 ft.
