How often should a gas fireplace be serviced?
Once a year, ideally before the heating season, so the burner, pilot and safeties are checked before you rely on it.
Why does my pilot keep going out?
Common causes are a dirty pilot assembly, a weak thermocouple or a draft in the venting. A technician can find and fix the cause.
Can you run a gas line for a new fireplace?
Yes. We install the gas line and venting as part of the fireplace installation.
