How to fix single-stage thermostat on a two-stage furnace: auto staging: step by step
- Set S2-10 / S2-11: OFF-OFF normal two-stage (default); ON-OFF 10 min on low then high; OFF-ON 15 min; ON-ON 20 min.
- A W2 call still forces high stage even with auto staging on.
- Communicating systems ignore the dipswitches; staging is set at the thermostat.
