View and clear the 6 most recent faults (FCL / L6F)

On communicating systems the FCL menu item (labelled L6F in the furnace-style menu) shows the 6 most recent faults and lets you clear them.

  2. Press the Center button to enter the menu and read the codes
  3. Clear them from the same menu if wanted

Reset the control to factory defaults

Trane · P0V0 modular blower integrated control (IMBC)

Holding Menu and Option together at idle resets all menu values to factory defaults; the display flashes FD three times to confirm.

  1. Make sure the display is in idle (IdL)
  2. Hold Menu and Option together for 15 seconds, then release
  3. FD flashes three times
Safety: Gas, electrical and refrigerant work must be done by a licensed technician. Turn off power and gas before servicing, never bypass a safety control, and always follow the manufacturer's manual for your exact model.

General guidance for qualified technicians. The manufacturer's installation and service manual and local codes always take priority.
