Do not fire the boiler before filling on a NTI boiler: The boiler must not be operated until all connections are complete and the heat exchanger is full of water. Firing it dry will damage the boiler and void the warranty.

How to fix do not fire the boiler before filling: step by step

  1. Complete all water and gas connections.
  2. Fill the heat exchanger with water.
  3. Only then power on and operate the boiler.
Safety: Gas, electrical and refrigerant work must be done by a licensed technician. Turn off power and gas before servicing, never bypass a safety control, and always follow the manufacturer's manual for your exact model.
