Enable Commercial Mode (up to 185 F) on a Navien tankless water heater: Commercial Mode raises the allowed set temperature range; the front panel temperature lock must be off.

How to fix enable commercial mode (up to 185 f): step by step
- Turn power off and set front panel DIP switch 2 (temperature lock) to OFF.
- Hold Menu + Back 3 s > 1. Installer Menu (password 1234) > 2. Parameter Settings.
- Open 12. Commercial Mode: Enable = 140-185 F, Disable = 97-140 F (default).
