Bosch Heat Pump: Run the gateway diagnostic (Factory + Connect buttons)
Run the gateway diagnostic (Factory + Connect buttons) on a Bosch heat pump: Holding the Factory button for 3 to 5 seconds puts the gateway in diagnostic mode; Connect then runs a full diagnostic. A fault shows as a red Fault LED blink code.

How to fix run the gateway diagnostic (factory + connect buttons): step by step
- Hold the Factory button for 3 to 5 seconds
- Press the Connect button to run the full diagnostic
- Read the Fault LED blink count
