I had a very positive experience with Ehsan from Aurora Star Tech. I hired him to perform maintenance and safety inspections on multiple gas furnaces and gas fireplaces, including some older and less common equipment.
Ehsan was thorough and spent considerable time on each unit rather than rushing through the job. He cleaned and tested the equipment, took operating measurements, and communicated with me frequently throughout the service. I especially appreciated that he explained what he was checking, shared his findings and readings with me, and showed me how some of the older fireplaces operate.
At the end of the visit, he completed an individual written maintenance and inspection report for each units, including key measurements and findings. I really value this kind of documentation for future maintenance.
Overall, I found Ehsan knowledgeable, patient, communicative and conscientious. He took the time to do the work properly and to help me understand the condition of the equipment. I would be happy to use Aurora Star Tech again and highly recommend Ehsan and his company.

Ehsan was incredibly helpful in resolving our furnace issue. We thought we had a gas leak, but Ehsan investigated and determined that there fortunately no gas leak in our case. Instead, we had a thermostat signal issue which he resolved.
