Freeze protection is off when the boiler has no power on a NTI boiler: The control's freeze protection does not work if power is lost. Plan piping and location with freeze risk in mind. Freeze damage is not covered by warranty.

Safety: Gas, electrical and refrigerant work must be done by a licensed technician. Turn off power and gas before servicing, never bypass a safety control, and always follow the manufacturer's manual for your exact model.
