Do not use solvents or operate with missing parts on a NTI boiler: Solvents can damage boiler components. Missing condensate trap parts make the boiler unsafe to run.

How to fix do not use solvents or operate with missing parts: step by step
- Clean boiler components with water or approved solution only.
- If any condensate trap part is missing, do not run the boiler. Replace the whole trap assembly.
Safety: Gas, electrical and refrigerant work must be done by a licensed technician. Turn off power and gas before servicing, never bypass a safety control, and always follow the manufacturer's manual for your exact model.
