Antifreeze selection on a NTI boiler: Only use antifreeze made for hydronic systems that contains propylene glycol. Never use automotive or standard ethylene glycol antifreeze, which attacks seals and is toxic. Check the antifreeze is compatible with the stainless steel heat exchanger.
