How to fix running a pump by hand: step by step

Open the pump diagnostic page on the display
Switch the pump on manually
Measure for 120 VAC at the pump terminals on the line voltage strip

Safety: Gas, electrical and refrigerant work must be done by a licensed technician. Turn off power and gas before servicing, never bypass a safety control, and always follow the manufacturer's manual for your exact model.
