Open the service / installer menu (Back + Menu) on a Navien combi boiler: Hidden menu reached by holding Back and Menu; it holds parameter settings, test mode, special operations and air purge.

How to fix open the service / installer menu (back + menu): step by step
- Hold Back and Menu together for 3 seconds.
- Choose the entry with the Command dial (3. Parameter Settings, 6. Test Mode, 7. Special Operations, 8. Air Purge Mode).
- Press Back to leave.
